should I consider getting the lapband if I have stomach problems?

I have an ulcer and many other stomach problems including acid reflux and G.E.R.D. Yet, I am severely overweight and need to lose weight due to health reasons. I often skip meals because of my stomach is often sore and when I eat certain things or eat too fast or eat too much, I get sick. I don't want surgery because my stomach is already in bad shape, that I am always on pills, I am also taking mylanta, pepto bismol , tums, and several other pain relivers. I try exercise, but I always overdue it becoming sore and exhausted the rest of the week, that I have to take break meaning quit working out until the pain goes away. I overdue because If I due too little I don't feel like I had a good workout, also sometimes my mind wants to do certain exercises but my body can't keep up, yet I keep trying to do the exercise anyways. Is their any exercise I can do that won't exhaust me that I can do for hours or do you know an exercise that is fun that keeps you in good shape ( like Wii fit)?
