Wii 3.4 HB 3-ios Downgrader wont work?
hi, on wii 3.4 , when i try to go to HB (3-IOS Downgrader) it goes black the screen. I have done # 1,2 , but am stuck on #3 , thanks

because when i went to step #3 , my screen just went all black, had to do a hard reset
That is quite old guide.
IOS Downgrader requires a cIOS installed on 3.4
I'm not sure you even need to run IOS Downgrader. If you can get cIOS installed you can run your legal backups without downgrading your IOS.
Basically, just use Wad Manager to install IOS16v257. Then use an IOS16 based Wad Manager to install a cIOS wad. Last,upgrade cIOS to latest version (rev10).
If all applications give a black screen, you may need to reformat your SD card. Also, IOS Downgrader requires a wifi connection to work.
