Should I preorder and Buy Grand Theft Auto IV even though i don't have a playstation 3 .....yet?

I had bought a Playstation 3 80GB back in January. So far i have 2 blu-rays and 4 games for it. Elder Scrolls IV, Call of Duty 4, Warhawk, and Assassins Creed. But i returned the system in less than a month because i heard rumors of there being a 120GB coming out in Spring along the the DualShock 3 for the same price i paid for my 80Gb. So retuned my PS3 waiting for the 120GB. Here it is the begining of April and the only news i heard was sometime in early June Sony would be Re-Releasing the 80GB with Metal Gear Solid 4 and the Dual Shock 3 for the same price as the past 80Gb. While its a good deal its not what i was waiting for it was not worth letting all my new games collect dust for the past 2 months. If i knew this, i would have held on to the one i had. I wanna get the Special Edition of GTAIV but i have to pre order it Does it make since to do so, even though i won't be able to play it until june. (I dont want to play it at a friends house it will take the experience from me)

Preorder it for sure. What you have to realise about your ps3 idea is that even though technically your saving money, you are actually wasting it not being able to play those games. Call of Duty 4 and Warhawk have sweet online and Elder Scrolls is a good game that your not getting your moneys worth for. Grand Theft Auto 4 looks like the next big game, and you would be missing out on a lot by not playing it until june. Sell your siaxis on ebay if you need to get the money for dualshock but really its not such a big deal. The rumble feature is not going to change anything about the gameplay.
