I'm planning to buy a new HD 3D tv in India?

Actually, I'm now having an LG 21" flat-screen TV but planning to upgrade to a new one and was influenced by the whole new HD, 3D TV's. But still I'm concerned about the budget (maximum 40000 INR), size (minimum 32"), the brand, features and quality etc
So please help me chose my Best TV

If you are loaded with £££ then splash out on the best one on the market, doesnt necessarily mean the most expensive one - as the most expensive one may have features you dont need or wont use.

so you can still get best quality without necessarily spending too much - thats the idea of shopping.

as things stand, i have a flatbed tv on a stand in the dining room and i brought it in late 08 - it was mid-range, but to me it was the best quality as it ticked off all the criteria of features that i required.

i didnt need the biggest screen, nor did i need too many techy features - just wanted a good image and it wanted it to look nice. wow mines LG too lol
