Depends of if you want to watch 3D or not. The 240Hz won't improve the 2D picture quality alot, but it's needed for the shutter glasses since double the pictures must be displayed, so practically you are watching 3D in 120Hz on a 240Hz screen.

Both are really good and neither the specs nor the image quality are alot different, really boils down to 3D or no 3D.
