iPhone vs. Android Incredible accelerometer. Which one works best?

I have an iTouch and like the accelerometer. It tends to be a fail on racing games and stuff like that, you know, running into walls and stuff, but balancing games and stuff tend to do perfect...I was looking at getting an iPhone, i'm guessing its the same.

It works nearly the same, not very uber perfect though. I played racing on iPhone 3GS, HTC Desire and Xperia X10. All three are nearly the same in experience. Android does have some glitches sometimes, with accelerometer, not as smooth as iPhone, though both use the same hardware, actually HTC Desire has better hardware then iPhone.

Android itself has a lot of bugs even in the latest 2.1 Eclair version, as big as the alarm clock does't work, the music player doesn't stop or work. Android is pretty new and is given much hype just because its linux, freeware and mostly because Google developed it. Honestly it needs to go many revisions still.
