Android Games Coming Soon

okay, so the question is, whats the difference between a ROM app and a EMULATOR app...do you need both to play a game?

What are the best apps to play games like; final fantasy vii (7) (which I do own) on my phone? Chrono cross, Final Fantasy VIII and Final Fantasy IX (I pretty much own ever square game)

and also, I dont want to use emulators or ROMs if playstation suite is coming soon...I just hope my phone is certified, which it should since i plan on getting the htc thunderbolt..

AGAIN I WILL OWN EVERY GAME I PLAN ON PLAYING! I ONLY WANT TO PLAY ON MY PHONE BECAUSE ITS EASIER AND MORE PRACTICAL/CONVENIENT TO PLAY ON SOMETHING I CAN TAKE EVERY WHERE ( WITHOUT BUYING A PSP OR SOMETHING/EXTRA DEVICES WITHOUT ABSOLUTELY HAVING TO SINCE AS LONG AS I OWN THE CD'S ITS COMPLETELY LEGAL)
