is there a way you can make your videos 3d(like with the red and blue glasses,or orange and blue glasses) by using a converter or something like that....not by reshootin it all over again?

If you shot normal 2D and want to make it 3D after the fact, yes it is possible. There is an extremely slow and expensive process by which it can be done. Some films, like the last Harry Potter, have employed it for at least part of their films.

I forget the specific names of the processes, but they are typically classified under the pseudo stereoscopic umbrella. Because no real dual records of the film exist. You have to entirely fake the 3D effect. And well it typically comes out looking very flat. Oh and again, its massively expensive to do.

If you really want to look into it, I'd consider looking into SCRATCH. I know that's what they used for Superman Returns (which was not shot w/ any 3D intentions, but had several 3D scenes created after the fact).
