3D LCDs with no need for 3D glasses in cell phones?

I read that they are working on 3D TVs that don't require 3D glasses. They even have prototypes available for people to see. (there are some videos on it on youtube) And if anyone knows about this stuff, I was wondering if that technology could be put into cell phones? And if yes, when could be available/possible to do it?

I've seen a few of those at demonstrations in London. They are really cool, and yes they are in development. Google the Nintendo 3DS.
