What is the best book or websites for learning After Effects?

I've taught myself the basics by hitting up Creative Cow, and Video Co-Pilot, but now I want to understand it more in depth... especially using filters such as particle world and key framing... and not to mention using 3D space.

You really will not find better tutorials than Video Copilot and Creative Cow. You really need to watch every tutorial at Video Copilot as they go in depth on every aspect of your question, CC Particle World, key frames, 3D space, and much much MUCH more.

If you want more, read through Andrew Kramer's blog at Video Copilot as he often lists several must have books for aspiring After Effects artists.
