Video card test says failed to run a game when i dont?

yet it says i have failed this when i clearly surpase what it says I need? why is this?

I pass the video RAM, 3D, Hardware T&L, pixel shader version and vertex shader version, but It says i have still failed?
onboard video cards dont have pixel shader or vertex shader. That is probably what you are failing correct? You need to buy a third party video card (nvidia, ATI, etc) so that you can have pixel shader.
Basically without pixel or vertex shader, the game wont run, it will immediately crash/close and probably give you an error
