This game requires 3D Graphics Accelerator and Hardware Transform and Lighting. What does that mean?

How can I fix this. This is playing a computer game on the computer, and it says this. Do I just need a new video card, or is there an easier solution.

It means that you need a video card (3D Graphics Accelerator) that supports Hardware Transformation and Lighting. For nVidia Cards I'd get a GeForce 6600GT. 7600GT. or 8600GT minimum. If you want to go high-end get a GeForce 8800GT. Hope this helps!
