Samsung un55c9000 box?

I would like to know why i am seeing 2 differnt type of boxes for this tv model, i will be looking on ebay at tv's and i will see someone having a pic of their tv in its box un opened, down at the bottom it will have little symbols like pictures and one box will display a 3d logo showing you this is a 3d model then i will see the same tv same model number un55c9000 with a differnt box that it comes in and this one does not show the 3d logo at the bottom of the box where the other box did, now is their a reason for this? because it makes me like um this is a fake un55c9000 or something? or what is going on with these 2 differnt type of boxes they come in. is one not 3d? and they are saying it is 3d and just lying or what? i am very confused and am scared to buy one that it will not be a 3d modlel

DO NOT BUY a Samsung TV.
Do a search on problems with their TVs.
It is a disaster area.
The worst is not that so many of their sets don't work and no-one can advise how to fix them but that Samsung doesn't seem to care.
Also parts can take weeks to just be shipped out to you for repair....thats not shipping time, thats time to box up the part and mail it out.

Checkout reviews....for Samsung they say my TV stopped working just outside the warranty and I paid $400 to get it fixed and it still isn't right.
For other sets (eg LG) they either say it was perfect or it was broken right out of the box and it was replaced.

UPDATE 9/14 - Just thought I would give Samsung another chance to talk to me about this issue. Their official line is that they have no knowledge of a general problem with green tinged screens. I asked if they had noticed many people on the net complaining about it and they said they have no knowledge of a general problem with green tinged screens.. As far as Samsung cares my 4 year old, $3000 TV is a throw away.

My Samsung mobile phone sucks too.
