I already have a big memory piece from my first 360 that got the RROD, go figure.
I also have an HDMI cord, and I heard they come with the HDMI output feature.

they have onboard flash memory so you can save stuff to the 360 itself just in case you have any trouble with the HDD and lose your saves.
