27 vga arcade monitor



Got a extra Eygo 27" VGA Arcade Monitor for free!

Does anyone here have experience with Arcade monitors for PC?

I have been using MAME (multiple arcade machine emulator) for a while and lately I have been really interested in the idea of getting an arcade monitor for my pc some time in the future. I've heard of the Wells Gardner 27-screen VGA arcade monitor D9800 and when I save up enough money I want to try it out. After that I want to try get my hands on an arcade controller but for now I'm only interested in the screen.

Have plenty of experience with many of the WG monitors. I only really recommend them if you are looking to only play specific games mostly the 80's and 90's games and for the price I would still say you can get the same size and larger crt tv's that will work just as well and have plenty of money for the video converter. The MAME cabinets I have made for the past few years use a verity sized led tv's and monitors (depending on other connections people want)
